Segment performance diverged sharply: • Coal-mining machinery revenue fell 20.72% to RMB 7.18 billion and segment profit dropped to RMB 0.89 billion. • Auto-parts revenue rose to RMB 10.54 billion, supporting segment profit of RMB 0.42 billion amid expanding new-energy and intelligent-chassis orders. • Industrial-intelligence products generated RMB 1.04 billion in revenue and RMB 0.39 billion in profit, lifted by smart-manufacturing contracts.

Operating cash inflow increased to RMB 1.98 billion (1H 2025: RMB 1.45 billion), while cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 3.59 billion. Borrowings totaled RMB 6.65 billion, with 92% unsecured; the average interest rate on variable-rate loans ranged from 1.95% to 3.27%.

The board did not declare an interim dividend. In March 2026 shareholders approved a final dividend of RMB 1.25 per share (RMB 2.19 billion), which was paid in July.

Strategic initiatives advanced during the half: • Issuance of up to RMB 4.14 billion in A-share convertible bonds was accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 18 June 2026; first-round review queries have been addressed. • Post-period, on 25 August 2026, shareholders cleared a centrally-bidded A-share buy-back plan; implementation will follow approved parameters. • The Group acquired 90% of Asimco Shuangge Drive Technology (Suzhou) for RMB 34.29 million, adding RMB 23.44 million of goodwill.

No material litigation was reported, and the Group confirmed compliance with debt covenants. The board highlighted ongoing digital-transformation progress and reiterated its focus on intelligent industrial solutions amid softer global demand and heightened competition.
