China Boton Group Company Limited reported a share buyback conducted on 22 September 2026, taking 304,000 ordinary shares off the market via on-exchange transactions at prices between HKD 3.20 and HKD 3.27 per share. The volume-weighted average purchase price was HKD 3.23493, bringing total consideration to approximately HKD 0.98 million.
Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) fell 0.03 % to 1.05 billion, while treasury shares rose to 30.04 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.08 billion. The buyback represents 0.03 % of the shares outstanding prior to the repurchase.
The purchases were executed under the general mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which permits China Boton to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares—equivalent to 10 % of its issued share capital on the mandate date. After the latest transaction, 304,000 shares, or 0.03 % of that limit, have been utilised.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 October 2026, 30 days after the repurchase date.
