YIXIN Repurchases 0.65 Million Shares on 1 September; Cumulative 2026 Buybacks Rise to 14.66 Million

Yixin Group Limited (YIXIN) disclosed that it bought back 650,000 ordinary shares on 1 September 2026 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 1.185 per share, spending HKD 0.77 million.

Since initiating the current mandate on 23 April 2026, the company has repurchased 14.66 million shares across the market at prices between HKD 1.18 and HKD 1.50, involving an estimated HKD 19.29 million in total consideration. The volume represents 0.22% of the issued share base as of the mandate date and leaves authority to repurchase up to a further 664.05 million shares under the 678.72 million-share limit.

All repurchased shares are held for cancellation and have not yet reduced the issued share capital, which remains unchanged at 6.81 billion ordinary shares. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, YIXIN is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 1 October 2026.
