Shanghai Forest Cabin Cosmetics Group Co., Ltd. (FOREST CABIN) has issued the proxy form and agenda for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will convene at 10:00 a.m. on 8 May 2026 at the Company’s meeting room, 9/F, Building 3, No. 339 Tongpu Road, Putuo District, Shanghai, PRC. Shareholders registered as holders of domestic shares or H-shares may attend in person or appoint proxies; completed proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited (for H-shareholders) or the Company’s PRC headquarters (for domestic shareholders) no later than 10:00 a.m. on 7 May 2026.

Key ordinary resolutions to be tabled: • 2025 Directors’ Report, 2025 financial statements and the full 2025 Annual Report. • 2025 profit distribution plan, including the final accounting plan for the year. • 2026 financial budget. • Re-appointment of the external auditor for 2026 and authorization for the Board to determine the auditor’s remuneration. • Election of Mr. Sun Fuchun as an executive director.

Special resolutions proposed: • A general mandate authorizing the Board to repurchase shares. • A general mandate permitting the issuance, sale and/or transfer of treasury shares. • Amendments to the Articles of Association. • Amendments to the Rules of Procedure for Shareholders’ Meetings. • Amendments to the Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings.

Voting instructions allow shareholders to cast “For,” “Against” or “Abstain” on each resolution. Abstentions will be counted in the total share tally. Joint shareholders may vote, but priority is granted to the first-named holder on the register present at the meeting.
