Metis TechBio Co., Ltd. released a voluntary clarification stating that recent media reports alleging the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has asked the company for additional listing information are factually incorrect and misleading.

The life-sciences group confirmed that it received the CSRC’s filing notice for the listing and full circulation of its H shares on 17 March 2026 and successfully debuted on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 13 May 2026. Since receiving the filing notice, the company has not been approached by the CSRC for any supplemental information.

To safeguard its reputation, Metis TechBio signalled it may pursue legal action against parties disseminating false information. The board also reiterated that investors should rely solely on official company announcements and exercise caution when dealing in the firm’s securities.

Further disclosures will be made in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and other applicable regulations.
