hmvod Limited (8103) has reported that a settlement agreement dated 29 January 2026 was executed to resolve the winding-up petition previously filed against the company. Under the agreement, the company has paid HK$6.87 million in full and final settlement of all related claims.

According to the announcement, the petitioner and the company jointly filed consent summonses with the High Court on 13 February 2026 to discontinue and withdraw both the petition and the associated appeal. The company states that shareholders and investors will be informed of any significant developments going forward.
