07/21

Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI) disclosed a fresh on-market repurchase of 32,000 ordinary shares on 21 July 2026, paying between HKD128.40 and HKD130.60 per share. The transaction totalled HKD4.15 million, implying an average price of HKD129.56 per share.

Including this latest tranche, TTI has bought back 509,000 shares between 30 June and 21 July that remain awaiting cancellation. The volume-weighted average cost for these pending cancellations stands at roughly HKD127.46 per share, representing about 0.03% of the company’s 1.83 billion issued shares.

Since shareholders granted a repurchase mandate on 8 May 2026 authorising up to 182.98 million shares, TTI has repurchased 2.47 million shares, equal to 0.135% of the share base at that date. Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital is unchanged at 1.83 billion shares because none of the repurchased stock has yet been cancelled, and TTI continues to hold no treasury shares.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in effect until 20 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
