GSH Corporation Limited announced on Jun, 25 2026 that it has closed five digital securities issues, securing 80.01 million Singapore dollars in aggregate gross proceeds.

The completed tranches are GSH_D009_3/SGD, GSH_D009_6/SGD, GSH_D005_12/SGD, GSH_D009B_6/SGD and GSH_D005B_12/SGD. The corresponding digital securities are scheduled for issuance on the SDAX platform on Jun, 25 2026.

Among the subscribers, controlling shareholder, Executive Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Sam Goi Seng Hui took up 67.12 million Singapore dollars, accounting for 89.83% of the GSH_D009B_6/SGD tranche.

The company said it will provide further updates on the SDAX CP Facility Programme and related issuances as material developments arise.
