Harbin Electric Company Limited issued a reminder on 22 April 2026 confirming the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Both English and Chinese versions of these materials will be accessible on the company’s website (www.hpec.com) and on the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be mailed automatically.

Non-registered shareholders who hold shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of electronic communications in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may complete the enclosed reply form and return it to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or send an email request to hpec.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
