C&D International Investment Group Limited (C&D INTL GROUP) announced the appointment of Mr. Cheng Dongfang as non-executive director, effective 24 April 2026.

The service agreement runs for an initial three-year term, automatically renewable for one-year periods thereafter. Mr. Cheng’s appointment is subject to retirement and re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting. He will not receive fixed directors’ emoluments but may be considered for discretionary bonuses or other benefits at the Board’s discretion.

Mr. Cheng, aged 47, has more than two decades of management experience within the C&D ecosystem. Since July 2000 he has held successive roles including business manager and assistant general manager at Xiamen C&D Packaging, general manager positions at Xiamen C&D Paper & Pulp, and assistant, deputy and general manager of Xiamen C&D Inc. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600153). He has served as a director of Xiamen C&D Inc. since May 2025. Additional listed-company experience includes chairing C&D Newin Paper & Pulp Corporation Limited (HKEX: 731) from January 2022 to September 2023 and joining the board of Shanghai C&D INNOSTIC Medical Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 301584) in March 2026. Within the parent entity Xiamen C&D Group Co., Ltd., he advanced to deputy general manager in August 2024 and became general manager in April 2026.

Mr. Cheng holds a degree in industrial foreign trade from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and is qualified as an assistant economist.

The Board confirmed that Mr. Cheng holds no shares in C&D INTL GROUP, has no relationships with existing directors, senior management or substantial shareholders, and that no other information requires disclosure under Listing Rule 13.51(2).
