XUNCE (03317) saw its shares surge more than 18% in Hong Kong trading, last up 18.45% to HK$122.8 with turnover reaching HK$122 million.
The company announced a profit alert for the 2026 interim results, projecting first-half revenue of RMB 967 million, a massive 389% year-on-year increase and a record high for the period. Net profit attributable to shareholders is expected to reach RMB 72.51 million, while adjusted net profit is forecast at RMB 67 million, both reversing from a loss to a profit.
The strong performance is primarily driven by a concentrated release of enterprise AI demand, accelerated expansion across multiple industries, and new revenue from TokenOS deployment and increased Token call volumes. Additionally, the platform-based products have generated economies of scale, and a decline in expense ratios has further improved profitability.
Analysts at Huatai Securities noted that the company has been continuously enhancing the TokenOS ecosystem and application layout. On the computing power side, XUNCE is advancing cooperation with Moore Threads, Iluvatar CoreX, and Biren Technology. It has also partnered with a company under Hongtai Fund to promote TokenOS applications in fund research, post-investment management, and AI upgrades for portfolio companies, while expanding into new scenarios. Collaborations with PATEO and Saimo Technology are exploring areas such as intelligent connected vehicles, physical AI, and world model training. Furthermore, XUNCE has jointly established a Token Economy Innovation Application Center with the Big Data Research Institute of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The brokerage believes that as the TokenOS ecosystem and application layout continue to improve, the company's commercialization process is expected to accelerate, further unlocking long-term growth potential.
