Tongda Group (00698) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$5.18 billion, representing a decrease of 7.33% compared to the previous year. However, profit attributable to the company's owners was HK$120 million, marking a turnaround from a loss in the prior year. Earnings per share stood at HK$0.62. According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was primarily due to the strategic sale of the precision components business, which was completed in April 2024. Excluding the impact of this divestment, the group's underlying revenue performance remained robust, achieving a steady annual growth of approximately 1.6%.
