Asset Chain Limited (formerly Eminence Enterprise Limited) (stock code: 00616) announced that the English name of the company was changed from “Smart Chain Company Limited” to “Asset Chain Limited,” while retaining the Chinese name “財富鏈有限公司” as its secondary name. This adjustment was approved at a special general meeting on 9 February 2026, and the new company name took effect from that date, following issuance of the Certificate of Change of Name and the Certificate of Secondary Name by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.

With effect from 9:00 a.m. on 11 March 2026, the stock short name of the company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange changes from “EMINENCE ENT” in English and “高山企業” in Chinese to “ASSET CHAIN” in English and “財富鏈” in Chinese. The stock code remains 616. Existing share certificates remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery, and no exchange of certificates is required.

The company has also adopted a new logo effective 6 March 2026. In addition, its website address will be changed from “www.eminence-enterprise.com” to “www.assetchain.com.hk” on 11 March 2026.
