China Glass (03300) announced that effective September 30, 2025: Mr. Lu Guo has resigned from his positions as executive director, chief executive officer, member of the strategy committee, and authorized representative; Mr. Lu Yingcheng has been appointed as executive director, chief executive officer, member of the strategy committee, and authorized representative; Mr. Lu Guo has been transferred to the position of non-executive director; and Mr. Xie Changqing has resigned from his position as non-executive director of the company.
