Frasers Property appoints Tan Wee Hsien as Singapore CEO from Oct, 01 2026

Frasers Property Limited announced that Tan Wee Hsien will become Chief Executive Officer Designate of Frasers Property Singapore on Sep, 08 2026 and will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on Oct, 01 2026.

Tan will oversee the strategic direction, investments, operations and development management of the group’s retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use portfolio in Singapore. He joins from CapitaLand Development, where he is CEO for Vietnam & International, and brings about 30 years of real-estate experience across Asia-Pacific.

Tan succeeds Soon Su Lin, who has led Frasers Property Singapore since 2022. Soon will transition to an adviser role to Group Chief Executive Officer Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi and will remain a director of One Bangkok Co., Ltd. and Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd.

The leadership change follows a planned succession process aimed at ensuring continuity for employees, customers and partners.
