Values Cultural Investment Limited announced that, effective 2 June 2026, its principal place of business in Hong Kong will relocate to Room 53, 6B/F., Liven House, 61-63 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon. Concurrently, the company will cancel its existing facsimile number, while maintaining all current telephone numbers and its corporate website.

The notification was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Liu Naiyue on behalf of the board, which presently comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director and four independent non-executive directors. The disclosure fulfills Hong Kong listing requirements and takes immediate effect from the stated date.
