The movement follows recent developments regarding a takeover offer. In January of this year, BIODLINK-B received a cash offer from WUXI XDC (02268) at a premium of approximately 99%. The success of this acquisition was contingent upon WUXI XDC securing at least 60% of the voting rights in BIODLINK-B by a specified deadline. WUXI XDC had previously secured irrevocable commitments from five major shareholders, who collectively hold 42.16% of the company's shares. On March 13, the company announced that as the acceptance conditions were not met by the initial deadline, the offeror has extended the first closing date to March 27, 2026.
