Bangkok Dusit Medical Services’ TH SDR 1TO2 programme has declared a final cash dividend of SGD 0.04605 per SDR, following currency conversion at an exchange rate of 25.15523 Thai baht per Singapore dollar.

The underlying dividend amounts to THB 1.30000 per SDR before deductions. After 10 % withholding tax of THB 0.13000 and a 1 % corporate action fee of THB 0.01170, the net distribution is THB 1.15830, which has been converted into Singapore dollars for SDR holders.

Key dates for the distribution are as follows: ex-dividend date on Mar, 10 2026, record date on Mar, 11 2026, and payment date on Apr, 30 2026 for SDR holders. The book-closure period runs from Mar, 06 2026 to Mar, 11 2026.

Each SDR represents half of an underlying share, based on the 2:1 underlying share-to-SDR ratio stipulated in the programme.
