China Jinmao (00817) has released its latest operational update, revealing that contracted sales for August 2026 reached ¥7.398 billion, with contracted sales floor area of 185,000 square meters.

During the eight-month period ending August 31, 2026, the company and its subsidiaries achieved cumulative contracted sales of approximately ¥74.1 billion—a year-on-year increase of 4.5%—with total contracted sales floor area hitting 2.739 million square meters. The cumulative figure includes sales from key urban operation projects such as Changsha Meixi Lake International New City, Nanjing Qinglongshan International Eco-City, Ningbo Life Science City, and other major developments.

As of August 31, 2026, the group also recorded reserved (uncontracted) property sales totaling ¥872 million, reflecting ongoing momentum in its sales pipeline.
