ENERGY INTINV (00353) announced on December 24, 2025, that the company (as the issuer) entered into three subscription agreements with subscribers (Mr. Sun Ke, Cosmic Shine International Limited, and Ms. Wang Huilin).

Under the agreements, the subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total of 1.035 billion shares at HK$0.245 per share. The subscription price represents an approximately 18.33% discount to the closing price of HK$0.30 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the agreement date.

The total proceeds amount to approximately HK$254 million. The net proceeds will be entirely used to redeem RMB 270 million worth of preference shares issued by Shandong Shundong Port Co., Ltd., an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
