LAI SI ENT (02266) announced that on December 29, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhuhai Construction Engineering Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Zhuhai Construction Engineering).

Pursuant to the framework agreement, the contracting parties have agreed to establish a long-term strategic partnership to jointly explore cooperation opportunities across various sectors.

The primary proposed areas of collaboration include: 1. Establishing a joint venture company; 2. Jointly participating in construction-related projects in Zhuhai City, the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, Hong Kong, and Macau; 3. Engaging in vertical diversification cooperation covering the entire industrial chain in areas such as infrastructure financing, engineering construction, and construction industrialization; 4. Developing horizontal strategic cooperation in fields including market expansion, project revenue generation, brand building, and industrial development.

The Board of Directors believes that the strategic cooperation proposed under the framework agreement will enable the Group to expand and utilize its existing capabilities for business development in the Greater Bay Area, all without necessitating a change to its principal business operations.
