EASTROC (ASX: 09980) has announced the completion of a share repurchase program.

As of May 31, 2026, the company repurchased a total of 6,094,700 A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's centralized bidding system.

These repurchased shares represent approximately 0.8456% of the company's total share capital.

The transactions were executed at prices ranging from a high of 153.97 yuan per share to a low of 137.40 yuan per share.

The aggregate consideration for the buyback amounted to 889 million yuan, excluding associated transaction costs.
