Leoch International Technology Limited (Leoch International) has pushed back the timetable for its proposed spin-off and in-specie distribution of subsidiary Leoch Energy. According to the latest board announcement, both the commencement of trading in Leoch Energy shares and the share distribution to qualifying Leoch International shareholders are now expected on Friday, 29 May 2026 (New York and Hong Kong time).

The revised timetable reflects additional time required for Leoch Energy to secure approvals from relevant U.S. authorities and to prepare updated financial information for regulatory review. Although the record date for determining entitlements remains unchanged, the company reiterated that completion of the spin-off and distribution continues to depend on multiple factors, including shareholder approval, U.S. regulatory clearance, final board decisions at both Leoch International and Leoch Energy, prevailing market conditions and other considerations.

Leoch International cautioned shareholders and potential investors that there is no assurance the spin-off and distribution will proceed as planned. Any further changes to the timetable will be announced promptly.
