China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited on 17 June 2026 released its latest Corporate Communication package—comprising a Circular, Notice of Special General Meeting (SGM) and Form of Proxy—on both the company’s website (www.hk661.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Xiao Shuxin, recommends shareholders access these documents online (the “Website Version”) and subscribe to email notifications for all current and future Corporate Communications. Registered shareholders who have not yet provided a valid email address are encouraged to do so via the enclosed Reply Form; otherwise, the company will continue to send printed notifications and Actionable Corporate Communications until a functional address is supplied.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may request free printed versions by completing the Reply Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, by post (prepaid label provided) or email (661-ecom@vistra.com).
