Kingdom Holdings Limited announced on 21 April 2026 that the following corporate documents are now available online: (1) Annual Report 2025, (2) Environmental, Social and Governance Report 2025, and (3) a circular dated 21 April 2026 containing the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and a proxy form (collectively, the “Current Corporate Communication”).

Non-registered shareholders are advised to access the English or Chinese versions of these materials through the company’s website (www.kingdom-china.com) or the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who encounter difficulties with electronic access—or who prefer hard copies—may complete and return the accompanying request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 528-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge.

A printed-copy request remains valid until the end of the current financial year unless revoked. To receive future printed communications beyond that date, shareholders must submit a new written request. Alternatively, holders can instruct their bank, broker, custodian or nominee to register an email address for electronic delivery; if no functional email or postal address is provided via HKSCC Nominees, no separate publication notice will be sent.
