The total issued share count remained at 1.36 billion shares, and the public float requirement of 25% was confirmed to be met.

Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme adopted on 18 June 2024, 1.59 million share options were outstanding at the month-end. Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 6 June 2025, no share options were outstanding; however, up to 107.15 million shares in total may be issued upon future exercise of options granted under that scheme.
