Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) announced that it bought back 1,010,300 of its own shares on Dec, 08 2025 through on-exchange transactions, as part of its share repurchase programme for financial management purposes approved on Sep, 18 2025.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from THB 7.85 to THB 8.05, for a total outlay of about 0.31 million Singapore dollars.

Following this transaction, STGT has cumulatively repurchased 52,549,100 shares, equal to 1.83 % of its paid-up capital, at an aggregate cost of approximately 14.77 million Singapore dollars. The programme authorises the company to buy back up to 220 million shares, or 7.68 % of its paid-up capital, by Mar, 20 2026.
