Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group Limited announced that Non-Executive Director Mr. Ge Zhifu resigned effective 10 February 2026 to focus on other business engagements. Following his departure, Mr. Ge holds no position within the Group. He confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no issues requiring further attention in relation to his resignation.

Subsequent to this change, the Company reports that its number of independent non-executive directors now meets the one-third Board composition requirement stipulated under Rule 3.10A of the Listing Rules. The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Ge’s contributions during his tenure.
