Huscoke Holdings’ Objection to Seizure of Coking Capacity Quotas Dismissed by Jinan Intermediate Court

Huscoke Holdings Limited (the “Company”; together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announced that the Jinan Intermediate People’s Court of Shandong Province has dismissed an objection filed by the Group’s subsidiary, Shanxi Jinyan Energy Jiarun Company Limited, against the court-ordered seizure of coking capacity quotas registered under Shanxi Jinyan Energy Technology Company Limited (“Energy Technology”).

The ruling, received on 11 June 2026, relied on Articles 24 and 25 of the Supreme People’s Court provisions governing enforcement objections. The court determined that coking capacity quotas are property rights subject to official registration and confirmed that the quotas—covering 1.27 million tonnes of annual capacity from Phase II of Energy Technology’s 2.53 million-tonne coking project—are registered to the judgment debtor, Energy Technology. Consequently, the Company’s request to revoke or suspend the auction of these quotas “lacks legal basis and is untenable.”

Key determinations by the court: 1. The non-party objection from Shanxi Jinyan Energy Jiarun Co., Ltd. was dismissed. 2. Parties may pursue trial-supervision procedures or initiate separate proceedings within fifteen days of the ruling’s service if further redress is sought.

Huscoke Holdings is consulting PRC legal advisers to assess potential impacts and will update shareholders on any material developments.

Trading in Huscoke Holdings’ shares (HKEX: 00704) has been suspended since 30 March 2026 and will remain halted until further notice. Investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
