Longcheer (09611) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Haikou Longcheer Technology Investment Co., Ltd., has entered into a partnership agreement for Shanghai Huake Zhixin Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) on May 15, 2026. Haikou Longcheer intends to participate as a limited partner, committing RMB 20 million of its own funds, representing 2.91% of the total committed capital. The partnership focuses on investments in companies within China—including those based overseas but with primary operations in China or planning to relocate there post-investment—engaged in the semiconductor industry and related upstream and downstream sectors such as industrial, automotive, new energy, high-tech, electronics, as well as software and services. The investment will be funded from Haikou Longcheer's internal resources. The execution of this agreement is not expected to materially impact the company's 2026 operational performance. This partnership is intended to leverage the resources and investment expertise of professional institutions, help identify high-quality investment targets, mitigate investment risks, enhance the company's competitive strength, and align with its strategic development goals and the interests of all shareholders. The investment will not result in new connected transactions, create industry competition, or harm the interests of the company and its shareholders.
