Stamford Land Corporation Ltd (H07) announced that it completed the handover of the Sir Stamford at Circular Quay hotel at 93-97 Macquarie Street, Sydney on Nov, 14 2025.

Following the handover, the group has ceased all hotel operations at the property. The asset had already been divested in FY2023, so the move does not affect the group’s net tangible assets. However, it will remove the property’s contribution to the group’s results; in 1H FY2026 the hotel accounted for about 7.6% of revenue and 5.4% of profit before tax.

The company said no director or substantial shareholder has any interest in the cessation of operations beyond their shareholdings in the firm.
