Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Pcl (STGT) reported that it repurchased 611,900 shares on Nov, 27 2025 at a single price of THB 7.30 per share, spending about THB 4.47 million.\n\nThe transaction is part of a board-approved programme dated Sep, 18 2025, allowing the buy-back of up to 220 million shares, equal to 7.68 % of paid-up capital, through on-exchange purchases until Mar, 20 2026.\n\nIncluding the latest purchase, STGT has bought back 40.50 million shares, representing 1.41 % of its paid-up capital, for a cumulative outlay of approximately THB 290.92 million.
