On the 17th, it was announced that Harbin Customs, together with the Xiangfang District Government of Harbin and the Management Committee of Harbin Comprehensive Bonded Zone, jointly held a certification ceremony and policy briefing session for Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) enterprises.

During the event, Heilongjiang Zhuoda International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. and Harbin Donghao Lansheng Supply Chain Co., Ltd., which obtained AEO certification in 2025, were awarded AEO certificates. Customs officials also provided policy explanations to over 20 key foreign trade enterprises regarding China's AEO system, designated customs supervision sites, and special customs supervision zones.

To date, Harbin has a total of 14 AEO-certified enterprises, ranking first among cities in the province and accounting for nearly 40% of the total.

AEO, or "Authorized Economic Operator," represents the highest credit rating granted by customs. The AEO system, advocated by the World Customs Organization, evaluates enterprises based on their credit status, compliance level, and security standards. Certified companies enjoy 45 preferential measures, including reduced inspection rates and dedicated coordinator services, within the scope of China Customs' responsibilities. Additionally, they benefit from expedited customs clearance in AEO mutual recognition countries (regions) and 49 joint incentive measures such as green channel access provided by multiple government agencies.
