Acrophyte Hospitality Trust announced on Dec, 22 2025 that the strategic review first disclosed on May, 30 2025 remains in progress and that its managers are still in discussions with the sponsor, Tang Organization, regarding a potential transaction involving the stapled securities.

The managers stressed that there is no certainty any transaction will materialise and said they will make further announcements in accordance with Singapore Exchange requirements should material developments arise.

Stapled securityholders were advised to exercise caution when dealing in their securities and to seek professional advice if in doubt.
