According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 22, a shareholder of Capital Realm (00204) deposited shares with Berkshire Capital, with a deposited market value of HK$11.415 million, accounting for 20% of the holding.

Capital Realm announced that, as of the date of this announcement, all conditions precedent had been fulfilled, and the completion of the placement was finalized on January 22, 2026.

A total of 41,509,200 placement shares were successfully allotted by the placing agent to no fewer than six placees at the placing price of HK$0.183 per share, in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.

This allotment represents approximately 16.66% of the company's total issued share capital as enlarged by the issue and allotment of the placement shares immediately following the completion.
