Breton Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) disclosed on January 20, 2026, that its chairman, general manager, executive director, and controlling shareholder, Mr. Chen Fangming (“Mr. Chen”), acquired a total of 203,000 H shares on the same day. This comprised 33,000 shares purchased during the afternoon trading session and 170,000 purchased after the close of the morning session.

Immediately after these purchases, Mr. Chen individually holds an aggregate of 118,306,590 shares, representing approximately 30.36% of the Company’s total issued shares. Together with shares held by Ms. Yang Hui and Mr. Qiu Debo (“Concert Parties”), the group collectively holds 123,974,434 shares, amounting to 31.82% of the issued share capital. According to the announcement, Mr. Chen remains optimistic about the Group’s future and does not rule out the possibility of further increases in his holdings, subject to applicable regulations.
