NOVAUTEK Technology (00519) has announced that Mr. Wu Tao has submitted his resignation as an executive director of the company, effective March 3, 2026, due to his desire to dedicate more time to the operations and development of the group's subsidiaries. Concurrently, the Board of Directors announced that, in alignment with the group's overall business development direction, Mr. Wu Zhanming will step down as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to focus on driving the group's strategic development. Following his resignation as CEO, he will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, effective March 3, 2026.
