Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said that on Jul, 13 2026 it repurchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares on the market.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from US$61.50 to US$62.12 each, with a weighted average price of about US$61.8383. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the transaction, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital stands at 294.18 million ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. The company holds no treasury shares.
