CHERVON (02285) has announced the appointment of Dr. Fan Hao as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee, effective February 4, 2026.

Starting February 4, 2026, Dr. Fan has been designated as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
