China Boton trims free-float with HKD 0.32 million on-market share buyback

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed a minor adjustment to its share capital following an on-market repurchase on 11 June 2026.

The company bought back 160,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.00 to HKD 2.01 per share, at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.00375. The aggregate consideration amounted to approximately HKD 0.32 million.

Post-transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 1.08 billion, representing a 0.01481% reduction from the previous day’s level. Treasury shares rose from 442,000 to 602,000, while total issued shares, including treasury, remained unchanged at 1.08 billion.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 0.15 million shares—about 0.15% of the mandate—have been utilised. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 July 2026.
