On February 12, a shareholder of MP CARDIOFLOW-B transferred a stake worth HK$424 million from Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) to Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities. The transaction represented 8.53% of the company's shares. Separately, the company announced that a share consolidation will take effect on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, with trading of the consolidated shares commencing at 9:00 AM. Following the consolidation and assuming no additional shares are issued or repurchased and canceled between the announcement date and the effective date, approximately 1.273 billion consolidated shares will be issued and fully paid.
