Veson Holdings Limited released on 8 May 2026 the bilingual circular and notice of its forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on both the company website (http://www.vesonhldg.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The AGM will be held on Tuesday, 2 June 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Head Office, Scud Industrial Park, Fuzhou Pilot Free Trade Zone, No. 98 Jiangbin East Avenue, Mawei District, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, PRC.

Non-registered holders can access the documents online under the “Announcement” section. Those preferring hard copies may complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited; printed versions will be provided free of charge. Submission of the form will also serve as an election to receive all future corporate communications in printed format.
