The company announced that it expects to record a net profit of approximately RMB 500 million to RMB 700 million for the first half of 2026, marking a turnaround from a loss in the same period last year. This would be the first time SENSETIME-W has achieved consolidated profitability since its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The company attributed the anticipated profit to a narrowing of losses in its core business segments in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, as well as gains from the fair value changes of its long-term strategic AI ecosystem investments.
