Xinyuan PM Delivers 12.2% Net Profit Growth in 2025, Advances AI Strategy and Revises 2023-24 Executive Pay Data

Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. (Xinyuan PM) reported revenue of RMB905.00 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, a 4.10% year-on-year increase. Net profit rose 12.20% to RMB99.43 million, supported by higher project efficiency and an expanding service footprint.

The group added 15.78 million sq m of contracted gross floor area during 2025 and brought 5.26 million sq m under management. Average effectiveness climbed to RMB22.40 per sq m from RMB21.70, while effectiveness on third-party projects jumped 28.40% year on year.

Digitalisation remained a core driver. Xinyuan PM introduced AI-powered Customer Service and Butler Smart Agents, which reduced manual intervention and operating costs, earning the company a “2025 China Property Management Enterprise Digital Capability TOP 11” award. Technology products are now deployed across more than 36 cities and 16,000 projects.

Value-added services under the “property management + lifestyle” model continued to scale. Community retail platform “Xin Duo Duo” integrated over 300 suppliers, offering more than 8,000 SKUs at a gross margin of at least 15%. A Zhengzhou asset-service centre exemplified model synergy, generating RMB4.60 million in annual revenue from leasing, sales and house-beautification services.

ESG initiatives produced measurable gains. Electricity and water use fell 3.00% and 5.00%, respectively, surpassing internal targets and saving approximately RMB1.31 million. Customer satisfaction scores reached 93.8 for residential and 96.3 for office properties, with a 100% complaint resolution rate. Employee turnover stood at 3.51%, below industry norms.

Shareholder returns included an interim dividend of HK$2.77 cents and a final dividend of HK$1.91 cents per share, equating to a payout ratio above 10%.

Separately, the company corrected executive remuneration figures in its 2023 and 2024 annual reports. For 2024, total compensation for Executive Directors was RMB22.17 million, compared with RMB12.03 million in 2023. The revision does not affect other disclosures in the respective reports.
