ASIAINFO TECH (01675) announced that Mr. Gao Nianshu has resigned from his positions as an executive director and Chief Executive Officer of the company due to retirement. He will also step down from his roles as a member of the company's nomination committee and strategy and investment committee, as well as his position as an authorized representative, with these resignations taking effect from December 31, 2025. Dr. Ouyang Ye, the company's current Chief Technology Officer, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Ge Ming, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as an authorized representative, effective from December 31, 2025.
