Hebei Province's technology guidance fund has officially launched two new sub-funds created in collaboration with local municipalities, marking a significant step in regional innovation financing. The Langfang Artificial Intelligence Collaborative Venture Capital Fund and the Chengde Vanadium-Titanium New Materials Technology Innovation Fund were jointly established by the provincial guidance fund alongside the cities of Langfang and Chengde, respectively.

With a combined total scale of 400 million yuan, these two funds are precisely aimed at empowering strategic emerging industries within their respective regions. Each fund is tightly aligned with the local resource advantages and industrial positioning, ensuring that investment directions are clear and well-defined.

The Langfang Artificial Intelligence Collaborative Venture Capital Fund focuses primarily on computing power and "artificial intelligence+" sectors. Leveraging its geographic proximity to Beijing, the fund aims to enhance computing infrastructure and capital support, accelerate the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei intelligent computing hub, and establish Langfang as a leading zone for AI innovation.

Meanwhile, the Chengde Vanadium-Titanium New Materials Technology Innovation Fund concentrates on vanadium-titanium new materials and non-metallic mineral industries. Built upon Chengde's rich local vanadium-titanium resources, the fund seeks to attract upstream and downstream technology enterprises through capital aggregation, driving the industry's transition from raw material production to high-end new material manufacturing. This initiative supports Chengde's ambition to become China's premier "Vanadium Valley."
