Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) (Stock Code: 6651) unveiled new measures for future corporate communications, confirming that starting from 31 December 2023, most documents will be shared electronically, with print versions available only upon request.

The Company intends to send Actionable Corporate Communications—those requiring shareholders’ instructions or elections—directly by email. If a valid email address is unavailable or non-functional, the Company will distribute a printed copy along with a request form to collect an updated address.

Shareholders can access general Corporate Communications on both the Company’s website (https://ir.51world.com.cn) under the “Investor Relations” section and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate notice of publication will be mailed, so shareholders are encouraged to regularly check these platforms.

To further support email communication, the Company recommends completing an online form using a QR Code provided. Those who encounter any difficulties may deliver their functional email address to the Company’s share registrar in Hong Kong by post at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by sending an email to 6651-ecom@vistra.com.

Printed versions of all future communications can still be requested. Upon receipt of a written notification to the share registrar or an email request, the Company will provide complimentary printed copies for shareholders who prefer them or have difficulty accessing the corporate website. The stated preference will remain valid unless changed.
