Frasers Centrepoint Trust (J69U) announced on Sep, 30 2026 that it has completed the sale of its White Sands mall for 462.3 million Singapore dollars.

The trustee received the remaining 439.0 million Singapore dollars at completion, in addition to a prior deposit of 23.35 million Singapore dollars.

After accounting for approximately 2.8 million Singapore dollars in transaction expenses, net proceeds stand at about 459.5 million Singapore dollars, which the trust plans to use to repay debt.
