Huisheng International Holdings Limited announced on 18 June 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (the “Current Corporate Communication”) are now available online at www.hsihl.com and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website at www.hkexnews.hk.

The board strongly recommends investors to access the digital copies but confirms that printed versions will be supplied free of charge upon request. Non-registered holders who experience difficulty obtaining the electronic files—or who prefer hard copies of the Current and all future Corporate Communications—should complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be lodged by email to 1340-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders wishing to receive future communications electronically must provide their email addresses to the relevant bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which their shares are held. Until a functional email address is supplied, the Company can only dispatch printed notices of publication.
