SIM TECH (02000) announced that Ms. Chen Ziyan has resigned from her positions as (i) the Company's Chief Financial Officer; (ii) the Company Secretary; (iii) the Company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules; and (iv) the Company's Authorized Representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). All resignations are effective from January 30, 2026. Executive Director Mr. Zhu Wenhui has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Authorized Representative, and Authorized Representative for legal documents, effective from the same date, January 30, 2026. Mr. Zhu and Ms. Zheng Jiahui have been appointed as the Company's Joint Company Secretaries, also effective from January 30, 2026.
